Have you ever had the chance to try breads and bagels from Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery?

Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery is located in Abbotsford, British Columbia and they believe that the simple things in life are the best.

All of their tasty breads and bagels are made with sprouted organic grains in their purest form.

It takes 36 hours to bake their breads and bagels. The bakery believes in using organic ingredients where they can. All of their products are also BC Kosher certified, but they don’t stop there. They took it one step further and now all of their bags are biodegradable.

First time I tried Silver Hills products was almost 4 years ago shortly after my son was diagnosed with type diabetes.I was looking for a product that has lots of fiber, is low in carbohydrates and fat.

Once we tried Silver Hills breads we were hooked. They were good for us and they tasted delicious.

I was contacted by Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery to try few more of their products and share my honest opinion with you.

One of my favorite Silver Hills products are Squirrelly Bagels. They are certified organic and made without flour. One bagel packs 8g of fiber and only 1g of fat…..the taste is DYNAMITE.
