Emerilware Pro-Clad 8″ Frying Pan Review

Few weeks ago I was given an opportunity from CSN Stores to review one of their many products they carry in their 200+ online stores.

I chose to review Emerilware Pro-Clad 8″ Frying Pan from Cookware.com.

Since I love to cook the day my Emerilware Pro-Clad 8″ Frying Pan arrived was like Christmas to me.

I couldn’t wait to try out the Pro-clad frying pan and see what the All-clad and Pro-clad fuss is all about.

The EMERILWARE Pro-clad frying pan is the first piece of Pro-clad cookware I own and first piece from Emerilware.

I was very impressed with my new frying pan.

I was able to braise and saute my food to perfection. The little bits and pieces stayed stuck to the bottom unlike non-stick pans which allowed me to de-glaze it and make sauce or gravy without losing it’s savory taste.


The Emerilware Pro-clad frying pan sears meats and vegetables to perfection even without using high heat.

It heats up in seconds and lets you cook food evenly without burning any sides.

For me the best part of the Emerilware Pro-clad frying pan was the “from the stove to the oven” feature.

Now I can broil, brown and melt without using any other pans.

Lots of people complain about cleaning pro-clad and all-clad pans.

I found that the best way to clean it is to heat some water in it and the food particles will come off. It that doesn’t work all you need to do is soak the frying pan overnight with little bit of dishwasher soap.

The best way to keep Emerilware Pro-clad frying pan clean, shiny and without water spots is to spray it with distilled white vinegar and dry it with a soft clean cloth.
